Obviously, if your dog pinned you down and licked you for hours and hours, it would probably make your skin sore, but other than that, I wouldn't worry. Obviously, if your dog pinned you down and licked you for hours and hours, it would probably make your skin sore, but other than that, I wouldn’t worry.
If you’re really worried about it though, you could always wash your face after a licking session! :)
